Return Policy:

Customized Items: All customized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Sale Items: Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Request: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.


Packaging and Shipping: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship with a trackable shipping number. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.


Refunds: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in its original condition, minus shipping and handling fees.


Damaged or Defective Items Policy:
In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Please follow our streamlined process to ensure prompt resolution:
Immediate Contact: Contact us immediately if your item is damaged upon arrival. Please note that we will only replace items that are confirmed to be damaged upon arrival.


Refund Request for Defective Items: Customers have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund for defective items. Simply email clear photos of the damaged items to customercare@chezifeoma.com.


Eligibility Criteria for Refund:
   - The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
   - Upon receipt of the items, a thorough inspection will be conducted.


Notification of Refund/Exchange Status:
Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly notify you of your refund/exchange status via email. You will either be shipped the same product or issued a refund.


Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Window: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase date to receive a full refund.
